The VFD-MS300 vector frequency innverter is a new series of Delta frequency innverters.

Power from 200 W to 22 kW with supply voltage, 110 VAC, 230 VAC or 460 VAC are available.

The standard model works with a maximum output frequency of 599 Hz. With the high frequency model you can achieve a maximum output frequency of up to 1 500 Hz. For example, it is very often used to control a spindle motor.

The advantages of VFD-MS300 are:

• compact design (size reduction up to 40% compared to older types)

• Possibility of using an inverter with an asynchronous and synchronous motor

• Allows parameter settings for 4 sets of motor parameters

• Integrated brake transistor and increased braking power

• Integrated line filter

• Certified STO input for safe stop

• Spring-loaded push-in terminals for quick and easy connection of control signals

• 200% guaranteed motor torque at 0.5 Hz

• Large selection of expansion communication cards (CanOpen, DeviceNet, Profibus DP, EtherNet IP, Modbus TCP, EtherCAT)

• Built-in PLC with 2,000 steps

Configuration of the VFD-ME300 control inputs and outputs:

inputs:

• 7 freely programmable digital inputs with switchable PNP / NPN logic, of which MI7 can be used as pulse input with a frequency of up to 33 kHz

• Safety STO input

• 2 analog inputs (1 x 0… 10 V; 1 x switchable 0 ... 10 V or 4 ... 20 mA)

outputs:

• 1 freely programmable relay output with changeover contact

• 2 freely programmable NPN transistor outputs

• 1 analog output (switchable 0… 10 V or 4… 20 mA)

• 1 pulse output, maximum frequency 33 Hz
